At REHABIX, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Items must be in the same condition as received, with tags intact.
Non-returnable items include:
Gift cards
Sale items or promotional items
Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized products
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email our support team at support@rehabix.com
with:
Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
Reason for the return
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Once the item is shipped back, please provide a tracking number.
After the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Please do not return your order without contacting us first.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective item, etc.).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and processed:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If a refund is delayed, please contact your bank before reaching out to us.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please:
Return the original item following our return procedure.
Place a new order for the replacement item.
This helps us process your request faster and ensures availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rehabix.com
, attaching clear photos of the issue.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
We do not accept claims reported after 7 days.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your bank or credit card company (processing delays may occur).

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process once delivered.
9. Final Sale Items
Items labeled as Final Sale, Discounted, or purchased during special promotions cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
