Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us within 12 hours to request a correction.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the address.

REHABIX is not responsible for:
Packages marked as delivered but not received
Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather
Lost or stolen packages
However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue by contacting the carrier on your behalf.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Split Shipments
